Summary American Family Care provides internal procurement services for both company-owned and franchise locations through an electronic storefront (eCommerce). This position is responsible for providing customer support for online purchases and high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Assist customers with order inquiries.· Assist with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or other order modifications.· Maintain high levels of product knowledge to assist customers in decision-making, warranty information, and product warranties.· Initiate contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, inform and educate customers on products and services, and product promotions and sales.· Complete order and order inquiries in a timely manner. · Maintain regular attendance to ensure high-quality and timely customer service response.· Maintain accurate and complete records of transactions, purchases, and returns. Other Duties and Responsibilities · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications An associate’s degree with a minimum of two to five years of experience in customer service, inside sales, eCommerce support, or related field. Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to learn and use specialty (ERP) software. Experience with handling high volume transactions in a customer service environment is preferred. Basic math and Excel skills to prepare reports. Physical Demands/Work Environment (optional) Office environment. Extended periods of sitting and use of telephonic and computer equipment.
