Currently hiring for Counter Sales Agents at our Salt Lake City International Airport Location. Our counter agents assist in the completion of customer transactions while providing superior customer service.

This is a full time position working our afternoon shift.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• operate the counter computer opening and closing rental contracts
• address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions
• promote and sell coverage’s and upgrades i.e. additional insurance
• perform a variety of general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying
• maintain a clean and professional workspace
• support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES WILL RECEIVE:

**Full benefits coverage available after 60 days of employment.

**Accrue 4 hrs. of vacation per month payable after 90 days

• 18 years or older of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills and resolution experience
• Proficient in general office equipment (fax machines, calculators, photocopiers, etc.)
• Pass background check as well as drug and alcohol test
