Now Hiring - Chocolate Delivery Systems, Inc. - Manufacturing Inside Sales and Service Coordinator in Buffalo, NY

The Inside Sales and Service Coordinator will process and data entry of orders, answering customer phones calls and emails, account set-up, daily reporting, other general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and helpful manner, within 3 rings
• Assist customers with issues that arise as a result of a conversation or email
• Track customer order lifecycle from creation to final destination
• Expedite orders where necessary or requested by a customer
• Provide product information to customers when requested or as a means of further promoting CDS products
• Enter all orders within 24 hours of receiving them through EDI system
• Set up new customer accounts
• Produce regular and add HOC reports as needed via Excel
• Any other reasonable requests asked by your supervisor
• Gather sample orders

Education & Experience:

• Associates Degree in related field or 3+ years’ experience in similar position
• 1-year phone customer service experience, (telephone and interpersonal skills)
• Excellent communication skills, speaks clearly on the phone & superior explanation skills
• 6 months experience assisting customers resolving issues
• 1-year data entry experience
• Food industry knowledge helpful (candy-making A+)
• Detailed and time-oriented toward service delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Entry level Excel skills necessary
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively,
• EDI and/or Great Plains experience is a plus
