Objectives of this role

• Build relationships with new and existing customers to offer products and services
• Achieve personal and office goals by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Assist in developing marketing strategies
• Improve efficiencies using new processes and modified SOPs

Responsibilities

• Bring energy!
• Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify potential new opportunities
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying calls
• Continuously increase and improve product knowledge
• Assess current client needs and follow a defined process with potential customers
• Coordinate with other office representatives to ensure that goals are being met and company standards are being upheld

Required skills and qualifications

• Complete necessary state licensing
• Complete satisfactory background check
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Strong ability to exude professionalism and optimism
• Strong computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
