Company Overview

The Advantage Integrated Medical (AIM) Network is a multi-disciplinary healthcare practice focused on expanding outpatient services for cutting edge non-surgical and minimally invasive treatments. We are rapidly expanding our Arizona and Texas markets with a focus on Endovascular Interventional Radiology, Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy, Podiatry, and Primary Care Services. In the last 3 years we have grown to over 200+ employees and built a robust development team to accommodate and manage our fast expansion effort.

Cutting edge treatments from our Interventional Radiology Physicians include Atherectomy and Embolization. Atherectomies function to revascularize lower extremities and prevent amputations of feet or toes for patients that suffer from peripheral artery disease. Embolization Interventions patients avoid major surgeries such as Total Knee Replacement, Shoulder Replacement, Prostatectomy (men), Hysterectomy (women), Hemorrhoidectomy, Plantar Fasciitis Surgery, and more.

Our Sports Medicine Teams focus on quick access to imaging for patients, physical therapy, and high-end sports procedures involving Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, Visco-supplementation procedures, and much more.

AIM also provides the best Foot & Ankle Care from our Podiatry Team and Primary Care Services from our Family Practice Physicians.

Certifications/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid and current auto insurance

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of driving, sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged period of standing and bending.
  • Must be able to lift to 35 pounds at a time.
  • Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive a vehicle to make in-person visits on a routine basis.

Overview:

This entry level position will be supporting the physical therapy & sports medicine practice brand. Our physical therapy & sports medicine procedures and services are cutting edge and our business model is unique in the industry. With these particulars in mind, you are responsible for building referral relationships in a variety of settings, in order to achieve referred patient goals. A bonus structure is available in addition to the posted salary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year in healthcare sales or 3 years of non-medical direct sales experience.
  • Former field sales experience a plus.
  • Goal oriented, driven to achieve monthly goals on a consistent basis.
  • Proof of targeted achievements within a marketing/sales position.
  • Proven success in developing referrals and building a book of business.
  • Coachable and willing to learn new concepts, including clinical acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with educating physicians and local community groups a plus.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to identify potential referral targets.
  • Quota: 5 new referring accounts per month.
  • Retain current referral accounts at 85% per quarter.
  • Make 10-12 in-person sales calls daily to potential and existing referring providers, including breakfasts, lunches, and appointments.
  • Manage, and expand referring provider base by developing relationships with, but not limited to: primary care physicians, Orthopedic Surgeons, Podiatrists, etc.
  • Represent Modern Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine at community events to educate potential patients. Goal is 4 patient events annually per territory.
  • Understand local industry trends to represent and differentiate the company services and benefits to patients as well as the physical therapy and podiatry needs of our community and patients.
  • Participate in all required training for procedures and disease states.
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly territory action plan, including marketing strategy/objectives, and a sales pipeline.
  • Effectively utilize CRM tool to maintain accurate and up to date information on a daily basis.
  • Obtain and achieve specific weekly, monthly, and annual sales metrics and targets set forth by the company.
  • Travel as necessary.
  • All other job-related tasks or projects as assigned.
