We are currently seeking a hard working individual to join our team as an outside sales associate covering the Salt Lake City and surrounding market. We are focused on a teamwork environment that is fast paced and customer service centered. To be considered for this position, the sales professional will have experience in B2B, repeat, relationship selling. Requires an ability to quickly establish relationships of trust, the ability to learn hardwood flooring product lines, and the ability to develop existing and new business through effective selling.
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager:
- Maximize sales potential with active customers using the current stable base of business.
- Aggressively prospect for new accounts through new business development.
- Selling product displays to retail dealers and train the customers' sales staff on the product lines.
- Be proactive and self-motivated in learning all product lines and in the flooring industry.
- Act with absolute honesty and integrity. Hold yourself accountable. Work well with the team.
- Provide the best customer service by going the extra mile.
Requirements of the Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager
- 2 yrs flooring industry preferred. Hardwood flooring installation experience is highly desirable.
- 2 yrs outside sales experience in B2B or repeat, relationship selling.
- Some college education is desired, but not required.
- Pre-employment drug screens are required.
- Valid and clean driver's license is required.
Compensation: Depends on experience. This is in an established territory. Will include a base salary plus commission, plus a sales reimbursement.
