Wollaston Development is looking for an experienced commercial landscaping and snow management services Sales Account Manager to assist in expanding our portfolio of clients.

Required:

1) Commercial property management and/or sales experience; experience developing client relationships and creating a new business/account pipeline. Primary role is to obtain new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

2) An understanding of commercial landscape management, snow plowing & estimation is desired. Related service industries that service commercial properties encouraged to apply.

3) A firm grasp of commercial landscaping and snow budgets and operation expenses to provide a strong foundation for sales. Ability to match contract rates with underlying costs through the estimation process.

4) Prior experience should include existing relationships with commercial property managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
