SUMMARY
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be a valuable member of our Sales Team in Atlanta, Georgia. We are looking for someone who can guide our customer prospects through the sales cycle, which often includes multiple contact points and methods. You will be responsible for establishing the customer relationship, educating customers about our services, setting proper expectations, closing the order by scheduling the services, and educating the customer with what to expect.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Provide exceptional customer service to every prospect and customer; provide a warm, friendly, and confidence-inspiring experience that sets our customers up for success
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and pricing catalog
- Adhere to processes defined by LoadUp including and not limited to the using scripts, maintain accurate record of leads and sales in CRM
- Master LoadUp’s internal software to manage order information and monitor driver activity
- Facilitate the customer through the sales process and collaborate with Support Operations to ensure all orders are scheduled and assigned
- Field incoming calls, chats, and texts from prospects and customers
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and texts
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of relevant or related work experience, preferably with a background in call center sales with a high customer service focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via chat, email, text, and phone to customers and internal teams for the majority of your day.
- Ability to solve problems quickly over the phone while addressing customer objections
- Comfortability with web-based software and tools
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
