Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines Department in Denver, Colorado!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond to phone and email requests from clients and internal staff
- Process daily mail, including faxes and emails, for assigned clients
- Validate coverage and rating for policies, endorsements, audits & cancellations
- Keep up-to-date follow up system for correspondence/requests
- Maintain up-to-date renewal expiration reports
- Invoice of policies, endorsements, audits and cancellations as required
- Market new and renewal policies
- Cross-sell to current clients
- Prepare of proposals, applications, premium finance agreements etc.
- Enter all required data into the agency management system to maintain current file data on all accounts
- Attach all documents to the agency management system via the eTFile document management software
- Pursue a course of personal, professional development
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
- Minimum 3+ years’ Commercial Lines experience, required
- Colorado P&C License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Expected pay range of $55,000 to $80,000

Target Pay
$38.47 USD HourlyOffers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
