Westword is looking for an experienced Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team!

This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team at Westword and VDigital Services. The job will include tasks related to digital campaign set-up and implementation, as well as managing and tracking campaign delivery and additional administrative tasks and duties. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of in office working experience and have strong organizational skills, possess a desire to work from the Westword office and enjoy a fast paced, dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Intake, Setup and QA digital advertising campaigns using multiple ad-serving platforms

• Analyze ad campaign performance(s) and make recommendations for optimization

• Digital Ad Trafficking for traditional advertising campaigns, submitting camera ready art, and submitting minor creative changes through Ad Management systems

• Works closely with accounting on billing reconciliation, should campaign run dates change

• Produce mid-campaign and post-campaign reports & recaps, to showcase campaign delivery and performance

• Cross-train on all support systems and platforms for 100% coverage of support team

• Support the creation of >$5,000 campaign proposals with the sales and management team

• Support internal teams with day to day operations, with a focus on providing speedy turnaround times as well as professional client customer service when needed

• Create and broadcast daily Salesforce activity and opportunity reports

Skills:

• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word

• A good eye for layout and graphic design to facilitate effective and appealing advertising communication

• Quick learner with the ability to tackle new tools/software for reporting and analysis

• Disciplined work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with project management and account management

• Possess some type of CRM experience, preferably, Salesforce

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
