Job Description:

This position supports multiple functions for Alexander’s Aesthetics and does require the ability to adapt to change.

Position Responsibilities:

• Be proficient within the Alexander’s Aesthetics II environment through the learning of product knowledge and office procedures.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and emails to provide information to clients with questions and/or needs. Verify clients are legitimate.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining features and benefits on our products to ensure they are choosing the brands best suited for their business.
• Use sales techniques such as suggestive selling to secure maximum and beneficial sales.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Invoice, pull, label, and ship all orders accordingly - pack as needed.
• Put together special orders for schools and others.
• Coordinate with the CA location on clients and orders that belong to them.
• Assist customers who have an issue - resolve before escalating to the Owner.
• Update and manage inside displays as directed by Marketing.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment and adequate office supplies.
• Presents ideas to clients and modifies them based on feedback provided. (schools, in-store and classes)
• May be assigned other duties upon request.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• Louisville, CO 80027: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Required)
