Local Store Marketing Manager / Catering Sales

Role:

• Day to Day Local Store Marketing and Catering Sales in Specific Market Region
• Brand Awareness, Community Involvement, Catering Customer Relationships
• Support Stores, Marketing Director, ADs, Talent & Culture

Responsibilities:

• Donations – Evaluate requests, send to stores for execution, track for EOY
• Spirit Nights – Evaluate requests, schedule at store, create flyers, compile report to submit for check request
• Fundraisers – Evaluate & coordinate
• Various PR Events

  • Business expos
  • School carnivals
  • Fan Fest (USA)
  • Market/Community Specific Events
  • Parades
  • BBQ competitions
• Charity events
• Store / Market visits – regular schedule
• Catering sales – review past caterings to rebook, complete data entry, cold calling for new catering opportunities
• School sponsorships – liaison, be present for special events
• Random Acts – Evaluate requests, coordinate with store, secure media if applicable
• Charity sponsorships - liaison, look for opportunities to collaborate
• In store support - for special promos and events, and as requested by ADs
• Food truck help - liaison with companies, evaluate event requests, look for opportunities, assist with materials, back up support on truck as needed
• Cater support - major customers / events, and as requested by ADs, Chamber – liaison, attend meetings and events
• Venues – liaison, preferred cater programs
• Manage storage & cater / event supplies
• Third party delivery admin support
• New store / remodel marketing plans
• Store opening support
• Corporate promos and donation collection programs - execute at store level
• Weekly marketing team call with President
• Market calls with President, ADs, Talent/Culture – every 3rd week
• Complete bigger project tasks as assigned by President, Regional Director, or Talent and Culture Director
