Under the general supervision of the Administrative Director of Development, assists in coordination and provision of secretarial and analytical support to the Strategy, Development and Physician Relations staff. The Business Development Coordinator will be directly responsible for updating physician and contract databases, and supports the strategy and development staff office. The Coordinator provides administrative, analytical and technical support and expertise necessary for the operation of the Strategy and Development Office.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Proficient in English grammar, punctuation and spelling. Ability to read and comprehend English in order to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Work Experience

• Three years increasingly responsible healthcare experience preferred.

Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related Healthcare field.
• Five (5) years equivalent work experience considered in lieu of Education.
