Sales Representatives will report directly to the Director of Sales. This role requires great communication skills, energetic personality, and a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be comfortable soliciting new customers daily. We are looking for a Brokerage Sales Representatives that possesses a self-starter mentality, who can provide ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities of a Brokerage Sales Executive include but not limited to the following:

• Prospect and cold call new business accounts to add to the TCI portfolio.
• Generate new business with daily solicitation of perspective and existing customers.
• Manage the relationship between the customer and the company.
• Create solutions based on customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure day-to-day and long-term needs are met.
• Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaboratively work with other departments to properly manage customer needs.

Additional Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-driven.
• Confident decision-making skills, and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and basic mathematics skills required.
• College degree is a plus.
