Full description of the position

We are looking for a experienced Partnership specialist who has experience with VMS technologies, building relationships and ability to communicate efficiently.

What will your day be filled with:

• Receive and monitor daily VMS notifications.
• Communicate job openings to branch network.
• Submit candidates to open job postings.
• Enter candidate information with a high level of accuracy into the client VMS.
• Identify opportunities for branches to work with new clients.
• Provide ongoing support to branch network through training calls and providing updated documentation.
• Support supplier audits.

Experience

• Experience in Staffing industry focusing on Light or Heavy industrial staffing on-site recruitment
• Experience with multiple VMS platforms
• Experience within or in partnership with Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs.
• The ability to communicate in a remote environment is essential. Prior hosting or presenting in town hall meetings or smaller educational meetings are a plus.
