Arizona Painting Company is the largest residential painting company in AZ and we are looking for a highly motivated & competitive Sales Representative to join our team located out of our Chandler Branch.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Each day will consist of 4-5 on-site estimates with prospective customers
• Pricing out projects and presenting the clients with a proposal for painting their home
• Following up with previous quotes you have submitted to clients
• Reporting sales stats.
• Working with the customer to schedule them into our production schedule.
• Attending sales meetings and 1 on 1 development meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Proficient in computer use, need to be able to use Word and Excel
• Pro-Active and ownership mentality
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction
