Pay:

• Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 / yearly
• Commission Pay

Job responsibilities include calling on accounts to place our wood, vinyl, and laminate lines. We are a leading importer of flooring material with over 15 million feet in U.S. inventory to support you. Must be organized and enjoy closing the sale. Your territory would be Birmingham, AL and the surrounding area. Apply today!!

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within specific territory
• Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel is able to present product and negotiate well with consumers
• Understand our products, our market competition and how to position products to overcome these factors
• Manage displays, samples, and selling tools
• Quote prices, discuss credit terms and sales contracts for orders
• Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company’s delivery schedules
• Utilize any and all marketing tools such as product catalogs and websites to broaden reach in territory and promote company product
• Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information
• Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits

Requirements

• Flooring industry experience required
• Candidate must have a desire to succeed, be a motivated self-starter with proven sales experience
• Must have the ability to develop new leads by cold calling and making appointments
• Must have experience in identifying opportunities for growth and development
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to present oneself in a highly cooperative and professional manner when meeting customers
• Ability to determine solutions for customers
• Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment

Unlimited Earning Potential

Average first year earnings with no experience: $40,000+

WITH experience: $80,000

Top earners average: $100,000
