PCSS is looking for a friendly, outgoing & motivated account manager with previous sales / account manager experience to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting with previous, current, and prospective customers to help identify their needs and sell solutions. There is unlimited earning potential and opportunities to advance. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary as well as uncapped commissions. Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling service appointments
• Providing solutions and discussing pivotal upgrades
• Contacting previous clients to re-offer previous services with new pricing
• Generating new leads
• Utilizing cutting edge sales procedures to measure overall performance
• Using software to track leads / sales for team

Requirements

• Strong Computer Skills / Familiarity with CRM's
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
• Have excellent judgment and independent thinking skills
• Be a self starter who can anticipate and solve problems
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Must pass drug test
• Must have clean background check
• Must have a Florida drivers license with clean record

Pay: $60,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
