A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are vital to the continued growth of our company. Most of your time is spent helping our outside sales team provide quotes to our customers who are in regions with no available sales reps. With a friendly demeanor, you also make outbound phone calls to discuss unsold service invoices with potential customers and to upsell existing ones. A natural-born seller, you quickly identify and qualify new sales leads. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you establish rapport and develop client relationships as you negotiate and close deals. You exceed company sales targets with ease.

Dependable and organized, you regularly provide sales activity updates to our sales management team. You occasionally travel to tradeshows for fresh networking and selling opportunities as well as stay current on industry trends and market changes, allowing you to close more deals effectively. You love speaking to our clients and take pride in directly contributing to the continued success of our business!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Inside sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (customer relationship management) software and other sales tools
