Beacon Restoration & Cleaning is a 24-hour emergency services company. We offer water extraction, cleaning, and drying services in Birmingham AL . We want to add a Business Development Specialist to help spread the word about our Beacon Restoration & Cleaning and, bring opportunities to our teams to help companies and homeowners who have suffered water damage. We are a high achieving company that is building a great team of like-minded individuals that help each other succeed.

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for introducing Beacon Restoration & Cleaning to the marketplace. The right candidate will be able to cold call, knock on doors, email, and text our potential clients and express our value proposition. We offer simplified restoration with an emphasis on communication, urgent response, and quality workmanship.

The right candidate will have some restoration experience, maybe a client or 2 that they can bring with them.

Are you the right fit for this role?

Skills & experience that are necessary as a Business Developer Specialist will include, but not limited to:

3 years of business to business sales or has worked with in the service industry

Networking and creating long-term trust-based relationships are a must

Successful candidate must have excellent people skills, be able to solve problems creatively, have excellent oral and written communication skills

Work flexible hours with the ability to attend sales events beyond the normal business hours.

Must have strategic and analytical skills and the ability to "think outside the box"

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
