PROFESSIONAL FUNDRAISERS NEEDED!!

This has only been possible because of our innovative strategies and state-of-the-art technology combined with carefully hired and trained communicators.

As one of our professional fundraisers, you would be reaching out to past supporters of these organizations, relaying updates on our work and policies that are currently being initiated, ultimately appealing for their financial support to continue our work. Our clients’ messages are carefully crafted to ensure that their brand recognition and organizational philosophies resonate throughout any interaction between their donor and our Communicator. High pressure sales tactics are never part of the PIC approach, as we treat all donors with dignity and respect. In addition to fundraising, we also perform Non-Profit, Political, and Cultural surveys.

Vaccination against COVID-19 is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Meet daily attendance and schedule requirements.
• Meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance goals as set by the program.
• Meet daily time clock to system sign-in variance.
• Must be able to follow scripts verbatim (if required).
• Handle interactions in a timely and professional manner following defined training processes.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Previous Call Center Experience (Preferred)
• 1 - year Customer Service and/or Sales (Preferred)
• 1 - year of Fundraising (Preferred)
• Basic computing and typing skills
• Good Verbal skills

Pay:

• $15.00/hr
• Bilingual Representatives receive a $1.00 per hour incentive when dialing on bilingual projects

Schedule:

• This is a full-time 40 hours per week position in office position performing both Fundraising and Survey work.
• Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm or 11:00 to 7:30pm
