Sales Account Executive – Dakotas/Iowa/Nebraska Region

The Mitographers, Inc. (Mito) is looking for a full-time Sales Account Executive to 3X this region which consists of Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota & South Dakota. As the sales professional, your goals are straight forward: do the activities that lead to profitable revenue growth, develops and lands new business, while enhances core book of business.

Top Accountabilities for Sales Account Executive:

  • Drive profitable revenue growth with existing key customers and target prospects within our focused customer profile.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers & decision makers enabling additional revenue growth opportunities; be adaptative with various types of personalities, which includes sourcing managers, engineers, marketing.
  • Pursue and land prospects from the “Top Ten Target” (TTT) list with regular progress and action report outs. Collaborate with Sales Director on defining the on-deck prospects for TTT.
  • Own the strategic aspects of customer relationship.
  • Discover buyer’s pain points and articulate how our value proposition fits and solves their challenges.
  • Network and develop relationships to create opportunities in other divisions of customer’s organizations. Remain keenly aware of opportunities with existing customers for broader company capabilities with injection molding, thermoforming and RF heat sealing.
  • Effective with developing buying programs for customers that deliver a better way to order and manufacture parts.
  • Engage customers and prospects through face-to-face visits, video conference, phone and e-mail enabling continued focus on targets. Travel estimated 40%-70% of time for calls, quarterly business reviews with customers, supplier summits and more.
  • Actively follow contacts when they change employers to create opportunities within those new organizations.
  • Collaborate with sales support team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Work location: Remote based out of your residence; travel within assigned customer base and region. Residence to be located within one of the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota or South Dakota.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and proven self-driven successful sales experience
  • Computer efficiency; including effective use of CRM and other software applications
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to network, build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to travel; approximately 40% - 70%
  • Work site (residence) must to able to meet minimum internet speed requirements for remote work
