The Role

The National Accounts Manager position is a Mid-Level Sales and Customer Service role that focuses on maintaining current National Account Territory. In addition, this role will require focus on our existing customers continued operational excellence and partnership. Additional functions will include backorder management, order entry, and overall customer satisfaction responsibility.

• You have a High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• You have 2 or more years of sales experience and Customer Service Experience

Essential Functions:

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to walk on paved and unpaved services along and use stairs
• Physical Ability to perform common operations and warehouse functions like physical inventory, new parts room setup, process RGA’s, part number shelf labeling and part room organization.
• Customer Facing duties such as shop visits, entertainment, and overall relationship management.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematics
• Ability to use and understand a ruler / taper measurer
• Heavy travel and weekends possible
• Solid knowledge of data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to create management and inventory reports
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Perform analysis on possible customer inventory problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Irving, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
