We are an independent agency that specializes in fleet insurance. We have a national reputation for excellence when it comes to customer service and boast a 97% annual retention ratio on our book. Many of our clients fall on the larger size, with an average annual account premium of around $350,000.00. We are looking for someone to join our team who has experience in dealing with commercial auto, truckers, motor carriers, inland marine and workers' compensation insurance. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys dealing with clients. Moreover, we are looking for someone who is professional, a good communicator, creative and who is a team player. Our credo here is that we are client advocates. That mentality is huge and absolutely critical to our success. We are a smaller agency by comparison to the behemoths that dominate the retail agency space, but we regularly go toe-to-toe with the big guys and win. Our salaries are among the highest in the industry, and we are looking for that special person who wishes to be a part of a team that takes pride in hand-picking larger accounts that we wish to write. Once we pick an account and begin the quoting process, 75% of these prospects become clients. We are deliberate in what we do, and do not take a shotgun approach to marketing. Our internal office atmosphere is relaxed yet extremely serious when it comes to winning and keeping our clients. Being bilingual is a huge plus! The right candidate will be someone who doesn't have a problem coming to the office, yet we will work with you to allow you to spend 2 days a week working remotely if you so desire. Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
