Full description of the position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish leads via cold-calling, build and maintain relationships with customers.

Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.

Meet or exceed sales goals by monitoring market trends, identify target customers and execute quality service.

Demonstrate strong sales skills.

Prepare proposals and ensure correct pricing.

Maintain follow through with customers to update pricing and meet their individual needs, while also producing thorough and complete paperwork for customers and office records.

Learn the basic process of propane tank installations and the items needed for the job.

Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Display professionalism in all interactions with customers and work members in the work environment.

Be willing to collaborate with a close-knit team of professionals, while also bringing innovative ideas to develop and strengthen the team.

*This position will begin as an Inside Sales position but could eventually become an Outside Sales position. Travel would be required at that point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
