They are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This role is on site, working with customers one on one, so someone who has strong communication skills is a must.

Role details for the Sales and Customer Service Representative: The Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for both generating new sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success and be highly motivated by exceeding goals and targets. They will also have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service experiences to each and every customer.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Representative:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company values
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a variety of methods, including lead generation and follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Close sales and achieve revenue targets
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Attend trade shows and events to promote our brand and services
• Ability to work with other team members and retail management
• Follow all compliance standards and be a good representation of the company and brands they represent

Requirements of the Sales and Customer Service Representative:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
