Job Summary

The Corporate Account Sales Assistant reports to the National Sales Operations Manager. The Corporate Account Sales Assistant provides technical and administrative support to the Sr. National Sales Manager, the National Sales Managers and Corporate Account Sales Managers. The Corporate Account Sales Assistant must effectively problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment. Consistent attention to detail is required for this position. Must be able to operate with very limited day-to-day direction, work from general guidelines and make the majority of decisions needed to successfully carry out assigned duties and projects. This is not a remote position.

Essential Job Functions:

The Corporate Account Sales Assistant will assume the administrative duties enabling the sales managers to devote time and attention to the management of their sales team and the acquisition of new sales.

  • Provide administrative support to the Sr. National Sales Manager, the National Sales Managers and Corporate Account Sales Managers.
  • Manage the reporting process for the Corporate Account sales team, including tracking and reporting of sales numbers and activity reports on a regular basis.
  • Manage and monitor daily updates in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Run queries and gather information for the National Sales Managers and Corporate Account Sales Managers.
  • Effectively communicate with the Corporate Accounts Sales Specialists and the Assistant Key Accounts Division Manager/Key Accounts Manager.
  • Coordinate the hand-off of new Key Accounts to the Assistant Key Accounts Division Manager/Key Accounts Manager. Ensure all documents are executed correctly and the new customer’s information packet is filled out and ready to transition into a Key Account.
  • Calculate, track and submit commission requests for all new Key Accounts sold and installed within the timelines outlined in the SOP and submit for payment to Corporate Account Sales Managers and Corporate Account Specialists.
  • Monitor, track and submit new lead commissions for Sales Consultants who turn in a Key Account lead that is sold and installed.
  • Organize annual sales team meetings.
  • Coordinate and participate in weekly zoom meetings.
  • Assist the National Sales Managers and Corporate Account Sales Managers as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
