At Climate Pro, we provide top-notch services to our customers and we need top-notch Appointment Setters to make it happen. As a vital member of our squad, you'll be spreading customer satisfaction by turning incoming and outgoing customer calls into booked service appointments. You'll be the voice of Climate Pro, and your role will be instrumental in our success.

But what does it take to be an Appointment Setter at Climate Pro? Well, first of all, you have to have the gift of gab. We'll provide you with a call script, so you'll sound like a pro and authentic when speaking with customers. Secondly, you need to be a fast learner, as you'll participate in ongoing training to continually develop your skills. And last but not least, you'll need to be a data wizard, as you'll be responsible for keeping our customer database up-to-date.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries with a smile
• Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies by collaborating with management
• Maintain and update our customer service database with customer information
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company policies
• Communication methods: Email, Phone
