The In-Home Sales Consultant is a core member of our organization. They are responsible for in-home design consultations of bath remodels for residential customers. Although you do not need previous sales experience, you must possess impeccable customer service skills, a strong drive for results, and the ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal.

• Commission + Bonuses

• On average Sales reps make $120k – 150k
• Top Earners above $200k

** Key Responsibilities **

Running up to 10 pre-qualified leads per week (in home appointments generated/set by our call center) 1-3 appointments per day, working every other weekend. Absolutely no prospecting!

You will be making in-home presentations with top homeowner leads who have expressed interest in receiving information regarding their bathroom (your leads are generated for you and call center sets appointment).

Job Qualifications (Required):

• Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in an outside sales role (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/system
• Technologically experienced in using an iPad
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without restrictions
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and valid drivers insurance
• Must be able to handle a high volume of driving

Schedule:

• Full time-5 days a week, including every other Saturday.
• Mornings, days, evenings (appointments are scheduled between 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM and can last up to 3 hours)
• Road warrior - must be comfortable driving an average of 500-800 miles a week.
