[REMOTE] National Channel Sales Manager
Location: United States
Base Salary: up to $125,000 + Uncapped Commissions + Annual Bonus Potential
1st Year OTE: $135,000; 2nd Year OTE: $150,000

[REMOTE] National Channel Sales Manager (electronic component sales exp. req.) Description

Our client is one of the leading suppliers of electronic components. They are looking for a remote National Channel Sales Manager to join their team in the United States. You will be responsible for maintaining distributor relationships while collaborating with internal RSMs to maintain an existing customer base and identify new opportunities. Through your value-selling approach, you will demonstrate how to present, overcome, and ultimately distinguish your product from the competition. Although their partners represent competitor product lines, our client has a deep history of working with both distributors so you will not have an uphill battle ahead to get through the door and enhance brand recognition. Because 40% of our client’s business stems from distributor sales, a background in selling electronic circuit board components is a must. Important note: This position requires domestic, overnight travel for around a full week each month

[REMOTE] National Channel Sales Manager (electronic component sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities of distributors
  • Analyze market trends and develop plans
  • Evaluate partner sales performance
  • Educate distributors and promote product portfolio
  • Develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing
  • Strategize improvements to optimize partner management activities
  • Prepare reports, budgets, profit analyses, and sales projections
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows and campaigns
  • Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs

[REMOTE] National Channel Sales Manager (electronic component sales exp. req.) Qualifications

  • Circuit board component (capacitors, LED, semiconductors, etc.) sales experience required
  • Experience working with electronic distributors such as Future and/or Avnet required
  • Ability to travel domestically around 20% required
  • Quarterly travel to Canada required
