Davis Financial and Insurance Group is an Allstate Agency with 2 locations in Boulder County. We are currently hiring for our Louisville and Longmont offices. We are excited to hire highly motivated individuals to become long term professional Insurance Sales Associates. With our Agency, we provide a 3-prong career path (Agency Management, Ownership, or Allstate Corporate). This is a youthful and dynamic organization. Insurance Sales Representatives are great at: Making outbound calls, building rapport with clients, closing the sale, identifying and cross selling current clients, asking for referrals and overall enjoy talking to people!
Salary range - $30,000 - $40,000 (depending on experience and current licenses) with additional bonuses (depending on performance). Total annual comp range from $50,000-$80,000.
Summary of the position:
· Make outbound sales calls and take incoming calls to generate insurance quotes
· Cross sell and upsell existing clients with other products
· Discuss insurance coverage and add other coverages
· Document all customer interactions and transactions completed in clients’ profiles
· Produce according to goals and minimum requirements
What we are looking for:
- Friendly, outgoing, smart and positive attitude
- Able to successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
- Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills (we do a lot of emails)
- Be able to work with a team and accept feedback/coaching
- Success Driven and self motivated
- Must be goal oriented, competitive and like to win (individually and as a team)
- Personal lines Insurance license – must obtain upon job offer (current license not required; we can get you licensed)
- Spanish speaking preferred but not required

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION. We will consider work from home if the right candidate has insurance experience and is currently trained. We also offer work from home to current employees once they are trained and able to work independently..
