Three Sheets is looking for a sales associate to join our team! This person will provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to close sales. The ideal candidate is someone who loves people, has a positive attitude, is passionate about home furnishings, and has an outgoing personality!

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist customers with transactions, making selections, writing special orders, and doing basic exchanges.
• Develop and foster relationships with customers as we have many repeat clients.
• Maintain a section in the store including stocking, straightening, and cleaning.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to prioritize and manage all that is asked of them, while also focusing on the task at hand.
• Effective interpersonal skills, having a polite demeanor toward customers and staff.
• Willing to take direction and accepting of constructive criticism to better your understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Eager to learn about the company and help where needed.

Schedule Requirements:

• A full-time employee will be expected to report to work 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday, with 1 day off during the week.
• Our full-time work week is based on 40 hours, and employee will not be asked to work anymore than that.
• Work schedule can be flexible on an as-needed basis; however, employee is expected to uphold their agreed-upon schedule regularly.
• One Saturday a month will be given off in addition to regular schedule.

• Dental and Vision insurance is available after the probationary period as well for FULL-TIME employees; however, monthly premiums are deducted from employee's payroll.
