Full description of the position

Inside Sales Manager

Slomin's, the nation's largest family-owned home security company, is looking for a highly motivated Full-Time Inside Sales Manager to oversee the company’s Inside Sales department. Inside Sales Representatives evaluate customers’ home security needs and design solutions that will meet those crucial needs. Qualified candidates must be energetic, motivational, and have strong leadership and communication skills.

Founded in 1923, Slomin’s has been protecting homeowners, business owners and renters for a century. The Slomin’s Shield represents our commitment to provide customers with the best trained employees, competitive pricing, and state-of-the-art security products. We install and monitor all of our accounts.

Requirements:

· Residential / Business Home Security Experience

· 5+ Managerial Experience, within the Home Security Industry preferred

· Experience in Operations Management and Organizational Structure

· Full-Time Availability (including nights and weekends)

· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

· Ability to motivate and lead

· Remote work will be strongly considered

Responsibilities:

· Manage all Inside Sales Representatives in department

· Efficiently recruit additional staff members

· Continuously train Sales Reps how to effectively sell and service customer base.

· Educate staff on company’s products and services, and organizational structure.

· Communicate important company initiatives and programs to the team.

· Motivate Sales Reps to grow market share and revenue.
