Joe Cole Plumbing is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to join our growing team. We are a large plumbing contractor specializing in high-end work. We build luxury homes and provide service to top national retailers all across South Florida.

The Commercial Service Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of plumbing service jobs for our partnered accounts from the first phone call to preparing estimates, job completion and billing. This position interacts with top brand names like Whole Foods, Marshalls, and Victoria's Secret and top property management groups like Cushman & Wakefield.

Joe Cole Plumbing is a 15-year-old company entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking for the newest addition to our team of 50 employees. This position is full time at our office in Davie, FL.

Job Description

- Provide great customer service by phone & email

- Enter jobs into service software, provide updates & notes

- Create customer invoices & follow up for collection

Job Requirements

- Friendly demeanor & ability to speak to customers

- Must be highly organized

- Customer service or account management experience a plus

- Service software (esp. Service Titan) experience a plus

- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
