[please apply online] are actively hiring In-Home Sales/Design Consultants within the following locations:
- Dallas-Fort Worth (North TX)
- Austin (Central TX)
- San Antonio (South TX)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home estimates on renovation projects such as: Bath/Shower, Windows, Doors
- Provide professional sincere advice to potential customers
- Work comfortably in a production-based environment
- Achieve individual sales goals as set by the sales manager
What We Offer:
- Three weeks paid classroom training, $500 a week!
- Up to an additional nine weeks of paid on-the-job training option (12 total!)
- A dedicated Manager & Trainer to provide ongoing training and career development
- NO Cold Calling - Our 3508 Direct Sellers are provided scheduled, confirmed, & pre-set appointments
- Uncapped Commissions! Monthly Bonus Plans & Incentives available
Compensation:
- Uncapped Commissions
- 1099 - Independent Contractor
- Monthly Bonus Plans, Bonus Tiers & Incentives!
Job Qualifications:
- Direct Seller experience preferred
- Direct In-Home Customer Sales experience preferred
- Home improvement knowledge specializing in Bath/Shower and/or Windows/Doors a plus
- Ability to confidently close deals.
- Ability to thrive with minimal supervision in an independent work environment
- Detail-oriented with good follow-through on tasks & accuracy with contracts
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others
- Have reliable transportation
- Willingness to drive an average of 600-800 miles per week
- Must have flexible work hours to meet assigned appointments
