Paramount Supply Co. is a leader in industrial PVF+ distribution, forging our path with solution based sales and customer service. We are exploring the option of adding a Municipal Valve sales division to our portfolio at our Portland, OR store (possibly expanding to a corporate level in the future) and have a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as our Municipal sales manager. This person will be responsible for starting, maintaining and growing the division through collaboration with management. Responsibilities:

• Municipal account management
• Select products or services in the industry that would be beneficial to our Municipal customer base
• Plan detailed presentations that show customers, engineers and our sales teams, technical product info, pricing, and benefits
• Log positive testimonials, based on previous sales, to develop additional customer opportunities for our products
• Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities

Qualifications: * Proven sales management and business planning success

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid experience in the Municipal Valve Sales industry
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Customer service and solution based sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
