Customer Service Representative

***Please note this is not a remote position. You will be required to physically be at the job site.

Hours: Full time position Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience

What you would be doing

• Customer service: Answering phones & emails
• Processing and shipping customer orders
• Tracking all pending orders and customer follow up
• Receiving and in processing daily shipments
• Processing customer returns
• Other duties may be required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work site daily
