Great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator with 2+ years of experience and Intermediate to advanced excel skills for a Global company near the Atlanta area.
Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) Highly preferred since this is a global company.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible to provide the necessary support to the sales team. Their goal is to facilitate the team’s activities and to monitor all customer related information.
Role Overview
- Function as a part of the sales team.
- Support all the sales activities related to the position in order to build a strong business relationship with customers.
- Act as a liaison between company customers and the office.
Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 2+ years of Sales Coordination experience
- MS Office skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED
- ERP experience is a plus, ideally SAP
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Customer service focused
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Initiative, self-motivation, and take-charge approach to achieving goals independently.
- Detail oriented, able to grasp the big picture.
What you will do:
- Manage and process customer orders, sales acknowledgment and shipping schedules .
- Inform and update customers about shipping schedules and/or purchase order status.
- Maintaining customer shipping status, purchase orders, and expedite orders if necessary.
- Customer Service contact person for shipping issues, billing disputes, quality problems, claims coordination, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining company order log.
- Keep track of customer’s accounts receivables.
- Create sales and volume reports as necessary.
- Supporting the Sales Manager on customers’ requirements.
- Understand the products and details for each one.
- Develop marketing tools; advertising, product brochures and literature, internet resources and trades shows.
