Full description of the position

Job Description:

Rugby Building Architectural Products is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the building materials market. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with key customers. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and set sales targets.
  • Build relationships with key customers and maintain a strong customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifcations:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Eexcellent analytical and problem - solving skills
  • Experience in the building materials industry is helpful
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Additionally , the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and profit margin targets, analyzing market trends ,and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
