*****THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE A CURRENTLY LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT IN AZ*****

We are looking for a licensed agent in AZ that wants to stay in real estate but does not want to sell homes any more.

The role is more of a hybrid recruiter role and real estate assistant role.

This person will spend a good amount of time on the phone making calls. Recruiting calls and ISA type calls as well as checking in with clients under contract calls.

Must be comfortable being on the phones.

There is a small base and bonus opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $8,898.42 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gilbert, AZ 85234: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Required)
