RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE - Inside Sales

This position is focused to re-establish the buyer / vendor relationship with Leanin Tree 's previous customers in the mom and pop industry. Sells Leanin Tree products over the phone to established business accounts by telephone, calls blitz lists, services accounts by selecting orders, maximizes sales, maintains current customer base and acquires new business in order to meet required revenue goals.
The schedule is 40 hrs per week regular business hours Monday-Friday.
The successful candidate will have sales skills and a comfort level with being on the phones a majority of the work day at a computer station with head-set.
Maintains, develops, and sells to customer base by making a minimum of 85 outbound calls per day. Must also possess the ability to work in a team environment, have a professional demeanor and telephone presence that is suitable for phone sales, be dependable and reliable in regards to work attendance, and have a typing speed of 35 wpm.
One year sales experience with some phone sales experience. High School diploma or equivalent.
