Key Responsibilities for the Two Position Available: Position #1 Account Manager/Benefits Advisor
- Conducting meetings with employers to customize programs to help meet their benefits needs Engaging and enrolling employees in new and existing business accounts
- Generating new business opportunities through company leads, networking, referrals targeted marketing
- Continuing to service employer customers (accounts) through ongoing consultation on topics regarding new benefits options, the latest benefits trends, ACA updates, etc.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Position #2 Training Coordinator
- Train new account managers which includes class and in-field training working with business owners directly
- Ability to coach, mentor, and build a team in all the key metrics
- Coordinate the team, including new and veteran account managers, with their existing book of business (accounts)
- Partner with your Regional Director in creating a successful environment for growth within your organization
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous leadership in a dynamic environment is highly recommended
- Must learn the process of what we do initially and understand the key components of what makes a successful associate with us

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
