Position Overview:

This position will sell and provide customer support for dealers and clients on all products at IHLE Fabrication. The Inside Sales/Service Rep will be responsible for taking the inbound calls from customers.

Duties and Knowledge:

• Have in depth working knowledge of all products manufactured at IHLE Fabrication to be able to provide customer inquiries with accurate product information, their uses and the industry in general.
• Answer inbound sales and service calls.
• Provide appropriate support for sales team, especially when traveling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the Agriculture industry.
• Implement strategies for sales in assigned customer base and new clients to identify new opportunities.
• Make recommendations to Leadership, Sales and Production on any issues or improvements with product and the sales process.
• Work with the sales team and leadership to ensure customer needs are being met.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner and direct inquiries and messages to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with all departments of IHLE Fabrication to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
• Attend trade shows when requested to promote IHLE Fabrications products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Sales preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Ag equipment, preferably with combines

Occupational Requirements:

• Able to travel to work events such as expos and trade shows when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
