Responsibilities

• Use the Factory Mattress Experience to facilitate a unique experience for our guests.
• Ask customers questions about the causes and effects of sleep deprivation.
• Provide guests with a solution based on the concerns uncovered.
• Build benefits using the features of the products.
• Ensure orders are written adequately with the STORIS POS.
• Minimize exchanges and returns.
• Provide customer feedback to the leadership team.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Generate new business by establishing promoter customers using Google Reviews.

Compensation

We expect our average associate to earn $45,000 a year. The top 25% of our team members earned over $70,000 in 2021.

• Paid on delivered sales.
• Commission-based with a guaranteed hourly wage.
• Paid training, with a full-time schedule.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in slow-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
