As the Counter Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead a sales team to meet and exceed their monthly goals while providing excellent customer service using our proven Fox sales process
• Lead and build the team through recruiting, training, and guiding the team to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
• Weekly/daily coaching and mentorship to the sales team

Requirements:

• Three or more years of proven sales experience and leadership in a competitive sales environment
• Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience organizing, implementing, and maintaining sales goals while meeting deadlines and multi-tasking
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
