Sales Coordinator

$20/hr-$23/hr

Chamblee, GA

Supports the sales activities of the Company by managing customer orders from PO receipt to goods delivery. This position requires a person who can communicate effectively both internally and externally to colleagues, customers, and logistics personnel. Must be able to work independently and understand basic supply chain principles for providing product to customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Maintain and update customer orders on a regular basis
• Manage the ordering process from start to finish, ensuring that on-time delivery
• Prepare shipping documents and invoices to customers on time
• Work closely with accounting to ensure inventory is reconciled and accurate
• Take orders from customers
• Answer customer delivery questions
• Liaison between sales and production
• Review and send international documents to customers
• Cancellations and revisions of orders.
• Credit memos, including researching incorrect shipments or order errors
• Communicate with customers, resolve any issues, and provide excellent service
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years in a similar role or related field
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Preferred experience w/ Salesforce, Visual Manufacturing, E1, Excel and Word
• Must have experience with JD Edwards software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
