Sun Mountain Custom Doors, an industry-leading manufacturer of custom doors and other architectural millwork products, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to quote and sell our products to trade customers (business-to-business) throughout the U.S. This position services an established base of existing customers and also quotes and sells to new customers who submit requests for quote (RFQs) through the company's nationwide marketing efforts. The Inside Sales Representative works (in person) at the company's HQ/Factory location based in the Loveland, Colorado area. We are a direct sales organization supplying luxury builders, general contractors, architects, and interior designers, with the goal of developing long-term repeat sales relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quote and sell an existing customer base.
• Quote marketing-generated sales opportunities to luxury builders/contractors, architects, interior designers and other trades nationwide, including gathering product and project details, preparing, and presenting quotes.
• Overcome objections and close quotes to firm sales orders with customers.
• Support customers through order fulfillment.
• Establish and nurture long-term, repeat sales relationships.
• Obtain and develop comprehensive knowledge of the company's product lines and customization capabilities.

Education and Experience:

• Three years inside sales experience required, including phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in building materials or trades preferred.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of sales achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of home construction and ability to read building plans/blueprints.
• Excellent math skills for accuracy regarding pricing, sales taxes, discounts, deposits, etc.
• Organization skills, accuracy, and great attention to detail.
• Strong typing and PC skills, including working knowledge of MS Office.
• Customer service and satisfaction focus required.
• Impeccable integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
