We seek energetic individuals who possess a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. You will represent the AT&T brand and meet customers' wireless needs within a kiosk inside big-box retail stores. Our AT&T RetailSales Associate ensures a genuine customer experience that delivers results by selling to our customers' needs and positively impacting store sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer questions and describe product features.
• Create product awareness for various wireless products to generate a repeat customer base.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.
• Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
