Are you an experienced real estate professional, or looking to enter the real estate industry for the first time? Matin Real Estate is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

We provide the training and support to help you convert these leads to open escrows. We provide in-depth onboarding to ignite closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days. Matin Real Estate offers no cost continued education 5 days per week to ensure that our agents are sharp and improving their skill-set to simply strategically outwork the competition.

Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Maintain your Real Estate License
• Master your skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
