RideNow Powersports Austin is currently looking for a hard-working, dedicated, fun, outgoing go-getter to fill our commission-based Parts & Accessories Salesperson position! It's a fun, fast-paced work environment, and we offer great benefits and perks!

Job Expectations
As a Parts Sales Person, you will be assisting all customers with their shopping and purchase of merchandise, supply cost of parts information on repair orders, ensure invoices are complete and accurate, order correct parts to complete customers' orders, communicate with your customers about the status of their orders, set and meet sales goals with your Parts Manager, track sales, gather customer data and check in with your customers every now and again to see if they need anything else for their bike, assist your Parts Manager, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
• Knowledge and experience with servicing of import motorcycles, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
• Experience with Point-of-Sale and computerized inventory systems preferred
• Knowledge of motorcycle front end, suspension, and engine components and the commitment to continually develop knowledge
• Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogue for particular motorcycle
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Previous proven sales experience required
• Must be able to pass drug screening

Physical Demands

• The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud
• Requires the majority of the day on your feet
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift 25 lbs. of material or more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $65,000.00 per year
